It supports our client-facing consultants and enables our group of businesses to continue to scale and grow. From finance and people processes to IT infrastructure, it ensures that Prescient has the necessary elements in the right place at the right time to enable our people to provide excellence to our clients.
We bring Prescient’s purpose to life and excite our clients and potential talent about the promise of Prescient. We are both creative and analytical – you’ll often find us developing insights that guide our go-to-market strategies or telling stories that build emotional connections to Prescient. We craft compelling experiences that motivate our audiences to feel and act, and we use best-in-class technologies to market at scale.
At Prescient, talent is a key operating priority and our People, Performance & Culture group is at the core of that philosophy. We connect talented individuals from all over the world to opportunities at Prescient, while creating a best-in-class organization that drives a healthy, high-performing company and a transformative experience for all employees. We take great pride in our culture. It is the common heartbeat of our organization. It creates a sense of belonging, defines who we are and directs what we aspire to be. Our culture is created by putting people first in a diverse and inclusive work environment where you can be your authentic self.
Our Quality Control (QC) team is dedicated to helping everyone at Prescient communicate clearly, concisely and consistently. The QC team’s goal is to prevent grammatical errors, inelegant style, factual and expressive discrepancies and haphazard formatting from detracting from the valuable insights our teams generate for our clients. By carefully reviewing all internal and external materials, our experienced editors ensure that authors’ messages are being accurately conveyed to meet the needs of their audiences.
Prescient’s Compliance department works to ensure that our activities are carried out in line with legal, regulatory, contractual and ethical requirements. Whether by delivering regular training sessions, monitoring for changes in relevant laws, reviewing contracts with a fine-toothed comb or responding to queries from colleagues, our Compliance team is committed to keeping Prescient – and Prescient’s clients – safe.
The Finance team’s role is keeping Prescient financially strong and providing accurate and timely management information to support dynamic business decision making. This team acts as true collaborative partners to Prescient’s different business functions, supporting strategy and providing recommendations based off of accounting and finance best practices. They take care of the numbers so our business can continue to grow and prosper.
Our IT team has the role of ensuring our teams are operating in a safe, secure environment with the tools and support needed to deliver consistently high-quality deliverables to clients. At Prescient, data security and client confidentiality is our key priority and our IT teams play a large part in ensuring the physical security of the work that our consultants do. They are also responsible for making sure our teams have best-in-class tools to support their work needs.
