Outside of work, my main passions are traveling and food, which works well as a great advantage of my role is that it allows travel to some interesting places.
What did you do before joining Prescient?Before joining Prescient, I completed my MSc in biomedical science at the Icahn School of Medicine. I originally thought my interests would lead me to medical school, but the more I learned, the more I realized my passion for problem solving in a space that combines business and science.
What appealed to you about Prescient?For me, the main appeal of Prescient was an environment that had start-up tendencies while still having a solid infrastructure to avoid some of the start-up problems. I appreciated the transparency and opportunity to grow that Prescient Medical provides.
What do you do on a day-to-day basis?My day-to-day varies dramatically, which is part of the fun! Often, my day revolves around collaborating with my team to brainstorm problems and address the best methodology for meeting the client’s needs for any number of projects.
What is the best part of your work day?The satisfaction of reaching a conclusion to a difficult problem by working through it with my colleagues.
What do you value about your job?The dynamic nature of the role and the ability to create opportunities for myself.
What excites you being part of growing the Medical business at Prescient?The growing Medical business at Prescient provides a unique opportunity to work extremely closely with so many industry veterans that are willing to take the time to teach you and provide you with major insights that only come through experience.
What surprised you about Prescient?One pleasant surprise was everyone’s willingness to help and teach you. I felt the benefits of a team-friendly environment while still maintaining a sense of autonomy.
