I worked in market research, real-world research and consulting within the healthcare and life sciences sector, focusing on the Asia-Pacific markets (Kantar Health, Oliver Wyman in Singapore), as well as academic research in global health policy while based in LSE (UK).Why did you join Prescient?

I foster a learning-focused and team-oriented work environment that ensures my team members will have what they need to deliver the most impactful insights, and I manage and plan streams of workloads, continuously growing the Primary Research Center into a Center of Excellence that all Prescient colleagues can rely on.What is the best part of your workday?
Having a daily end-of-day catch-up with my team to discuss the day’s work and brainstorm ideas to tackle primary research challenges together.What do you value about your job?
