  • Announcement follows the acquisition of commercial healthcare consultancy, Uptake and the value pricing and access consultancy, Dolon
  • Prescient is the strategy-to-impact partner for life sciences companies
  • Together, the team comprises over 550 pharmaceutical experts across commercial, competitive strategy, medical affairs, and value, pricing and access.

London, UK – 13 August 2026 – Healthcare consultancy Prescient Healthcare Group has completed the integration of recently acquired businesses Uptake and Dolon under a single global Prescient brand, creating an organisation of more than 550 specialists supporting life sciences companies across commercial strategy, competitive intelligence, medical affairs, and value, pricing and access.

The rebrand marks the final stage of integrating the three businesses following Prescient’s acquisitions of Uptake and Dolon, providing clients with a single point of access to expertise spanning the pharmaceutical product lifecycle.

Jason McKenna, Chief Executive Officer of Prescient, said: “What began as an expansion of our capabilities has become something much more powerful,” said Jason McKenna, Chief Executive Officer of Prescient. “Over the past several months, the Prescient, Dolon and Uptake teams have been working together to solve increasingly complex challenges for clients. Bringing everything together under the Prescient name reflects how the platform works today, as one integrated organisation combining specialist expertise across commercial, medical and market access disciplines.”

The unified business supports pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies from early clinical development through product launch and lifecycle management. Prescient said the integrated structure enables multidisciplinary teams to address increasingly connected commercial, scientific and market access challenges facing the industry.

The evolution reflects a broader way of partnering with life sciences organizations as they face increasingly interconnected scientific, commercial, medical and market access decisions. As a strategy-to-impact partner, Prescient helps clients move from insight, to strategy, to implementation, connecting the expertise needed at each stage of an asset’s journey, from early development through launch and lifecycle optimization.

Over recent months, this collaborative model, enhanced by Prescient Intelligence – Prescient’s tech and AI suite – has already delivered value for clients across multiple engagements:

A leading pharmaceutical organisation facing competitive threat needed a rapid understanding of how much the new entrant would reshape the oncology treatment algorithm. By combining AI-enhanced PMR insights with scientific evidence landscape analysis and industry-leading CI, then converging it all in a cross-functional workshop, Prescient turned a moment of disruption into a clear defence strategy, and the brand still holds its number one position.

Partnering with a global cross-functional client team to future-proof their long-term asset strategy, Prescient uncovered how access, competitive and commercial environment would evolve, and the forecasted consequences for treatment decisions. Using multiple lenses, an integrated AI platform and Prescient’s proprietary strategy benchmarking tools, the cross-functional strategy was stress-tested, leaving the client with a plan resilient to the expected future world and sharper, evidence-backed decisions throughout.

These examples reflect a broader shift in how Prescient supports clients – not by offering every capability in every engagement, but by bringing together the right expertise at the moments where decisions matter most.

Debbie Allman, Prescient’s Chief Growth Officer and Global Practice Lead, Commercial, added: “Our clients don’t experience challenges in functional silos. Scientific, commercial, competitive and access decisions increasingly influence one another. Our role is to connect those perspectives in practical ways that help clients make stronger decisions and execute with confidence.”

The unified Prescient brand also simplifies how clients engage with the business. Rather than navigating multiple brands, clients now access one connected organization with specialist expertise across:

  • Commercial Strategy and Planning
  • Competitive Strategy
  • Medical Affairs and Real-World Evidence
  • Value, Pricing and Access

The integration follows a period of operational alignment between the three organisations and establishes a single global Prescient brand across its seven international offices.

ENDS.
