Presented in New York, the award recognizes Stephanie’s outstanding contribution to the consulting profession and the impact she has made throughout her career in healthcare consulting. From founding and leading Uptake to joining Prescient following its acquisition, she has consistently enabled organizations to navigate complex challenges, build stronger teams, and deliver meaningful change across the healthcare industry.
The award comes at an exciting time as Stephanie begins her new role as Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at Prescient. Drawing on decades of experience, she is helping shape the future of our capabilities, services, and solutions so we can continue delivering even greater value for our clients as their strategy-to-impact partner.
Speaking after the ceremony, she described an evening that showcased not only individual achievements but also the future of the consulting profession. Conversations throughout the event explored how AI is transforming consulting and creating new opportunities for innovation, while reinforcing the importance of human judgment, trusted partnerships, and fresh thinking in solving clients’ most complex challenges.
Reflecting on receiving the award, Stephanie said:
