Having worked on the client side, I wanted to experience the fast-paced consulting side of the business. I wanted to explore the different kinds of challenges that consultants get called upon to tackle and be able to bring some of my previous expertise into the new job.

Take up complex business challenges, break them up into smaller achievable tasks, work in teams and execute on them in a timely fashion.

What is the best part of your work day?

Being able to contribute to, lead diverse engagements and shape overall development of the final product that comes out of research.

What do you value about your job?

I value the opportunities that Prescient offers to each one of us. The open culture of the company allows people to choose their path and the senior management is always willing to nurture those choices.

What have you learned?

Synthesizing knowledge into a coherent narrative that gives the client a defined path forward is a very important step in the work that we do.

What surprised you about Prescient?

The way people from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds blend in to create a positive work culture.
