What are you passionate about?

When I am not working, I like to travel and take pictures of the places I travel to!

What did you do before joining Prescient?

I got my PhD in biochemistry at UCLA, then joined another consulting firm focusing on clinical diagnostics.

What appealed to you about Prescient?

I wanted to get some pharma experience and also wanted to be in the Bay Area, as there are lots of opportunities here.

What do you do on a day-to-day basis?

A variety of activities – KOL interviews, data analysis, etc.

What is the best part of your work day?

Discussions and brainstorming with the project team.

What do you value about your job?

The impact I am making, as our deliverables help each company to make important decisions.

What have you learned?

[I’ve learned about the] different challenges in different therapeutic areas and how to solve problems logically and structurally.

What excites you being part of growing the Advisory business at Prescient?

Excellent leadership and a flat structure so that I can learn directly from them.

What surprised you about Prescient?

The flat structure of the organization despite the size. This is not a huge company, but it is not that small either, so I am surprised about that.
