What do you do on a day-to-day basis?
I manage several projects, both internally and externally, across major therapeutic areas such as immunology, dermatology and respiratory diseases.

Seeing my teams work through difficult situations collaboratively in order to arrive to a solution that is insightful.

Knowing I helped them work through a key business need, and having the team’s efforts be recognized by the client (formally or informally).
