Since joining Prescient, Alyssa has led strategic engagements across oncology, immunology, dermatology, endocrinology and rare disease, partnering with global and US-based teams on initiatives spanning brand strategy, customer engagement, segmentation and archetyping, launch excellence, disease area strategy and competitive preparedness. She is particularly passionate about helping clients identify where to play, how to win in increasingly competitive markets, and how to evolve strategy as markets mature and shift over time.

Prior to Prescient, Alyssa held commercial and client leadership roles at Phreesia Life Sciences, and Entree Health. Across her career, she has been recognized for building strong client partnerships, driving commercial growth and leading high-impact strategic initiatives. She has successfully expanded and grown major client accounts while serving as a trusted strategic partner to senior commercial leaders.

Alyssa has significant experience supporting both established and emerging brands across the product lifecycle, with particular expertise in oncology and specialty markets. Her work frequently focuses on helping teams better understand the beliefs, behaviors and unmet needs shaping treatment decisions, referral dynamics and market evolution, enabling clients to develop more targeted and impactful commercial strategies.
