​Dan is an Associate Partner at Prescient, bringing 14 years of experience and deep expertise in primary market research, brand strategy, and new product planning (NPP) across some of the most complex and high-stakes areas of the pharmaceutical industry.

Having spent his entire career in healthcare research agencies, Dan has developed a distinctive depth of expertise in translating primary research into strategic commercial insight. He joined Prescient at Analyst level and has progressed to Associate Partner, developing a breadth of experience that spans the full product lifecycle — from early asset positioning and landscape assessment through to brand building and commercial optimisation.

Dan’s therapeutic focus spans oncology, immunology, and rare disease, and he has worked with clients across the US, Europe, Japan, China, and emerging markets, bringing a truly global perspective to research design and strategic recommendations.

Dan has played an active role in shaping industry standards beyond his client work, serving for three years on the Board of the British Healthcare Business Intelligence Association (BHBIA). In this role he contributed to the professional development of the market research community through mentoring conference papers and webinars, and by facilitating at key industry events including the BHBIA Winter Seminar and Annual Conference.

Dan places relationship and collaboration at the heart of his work, partnering closely with clients to challenge thinking, uncover new perspectives, and go on a genuine journey of discovery — always with a sharp eye on translating that into clear, commercially relevant action
