With over 12 years of experience in consulting and account management, Emma leads some of Prescient’s largest, most complex projects. She has collaborated with global, regional, and local pharmaceutical clients, managing projects for established and launch brands across global, US, and European markets. Emma excels in navigating complex alliance relationships and is a highly skilled client relationship manager.

At Prescient, her expertise has been instrumental in delivering projects focused on brand planning, strategy, launch, and omnichannel initiatives. She has experience across multiple therapeutic areas, such as Respiratory, Major Depression, Rare Diseases, Gastroenterology, Immunology, and Dermatology.​

Emma’s exceptional relationship-building skills, positive disposition, and close collaboration with clients have driven year-on-year growth in sales performance, implemented launch excellence, and inspired new ways of working in cross-functional teams. She is also experienced in leading and coordinating teams of analysts, junior consultants, and principals to deliver exceptional results for clients and patients.​

Previously, Emma worked in niche healthcare publications and events in the UK and Irish markets, strengthening her foundation in client relationship management and healthcare. ​

She holds a degree in English Literature and Linguistics from Goldsmith’s, University of London, and is a PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner. ​
