He works with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to define evidence needs, identify and evaluate appropriate data sources, and design studies that address clinical, regulatory, and commercial questions. His experience spans epidemiology, patient and market sizing, forecasting, evidence synthesis, and the generation of insights from a wide range of real-world data sources.
Oliver has a particular interest in addressing complex data and methodological challenges, particularly where patient populations are difficult to identify or evidence is limited or fragmented. He combines evidence from multiple sources to develop robust approaches for characterizing disease populations, patient journeys, and evidence gaps.
His experience also includes regulatory support, including meeting preparation and the development of evidence dossiers and briefing materials for FDA and EMA interactions.
