Chelsea is an experienced Communication, HR and Change leader having worked for over 20 years in a variety of Communication, Engagement, Change and HR roles across multiple industries and geographies. Prior to joining Uptake she held Global VP roles for Ruffer, Iron Mountain and Vodafone.
Her expertise is orientated around creating an environment where business goals are understood, individuals are clear about what they need to do and excited about the business they work for. She is passionate about helping business leaders foster a culture of engagement; build organisation structures and roles that enable collaboration and high performance; implement effective ‘low touch – high value’ people processes and provide their teams with opportunities to develop and grow their careers.
Chelsea is a change agent, recognised by previous clients as a ‘strategic executor’ with the ability to think outside the box and develop actionable and achievable plans. She has experience of delivering many different types of change programmes and leading global communication and HR teams.
