Debbie Allman

Debbie, a Senior Vice President at Prescient, boasts an impressive career spanning over 30 years. She is an accomplished commercial strategist with broad experience in pharmaceutical commercialization and marketing. She started her career at AstraZeneca, working in numerous marketing and sales roles over a 15-year period both globally and nationally (the UK and Italy), before transitioning into consultancy for the last 15 years. She co-founded Strategic North, a successful brand-building and insights firm, which was later acquired by Prescient. Debbie now leads our global Commercial Practice and is a Board Director. She is closely involved with our clients and provides commercial strategy expertise to both large pharmaceutical companies and smaller biotech/pharma firms. Her experience ranges from new product planning to brand building, and she is passionate about ensuring that the voice of the customer plays a central role in strategic decision making, with the aim of driving sustainable brand growth.
