Maxine is Managing Director of Uptake (Part of Prescient) and Head of Practice Partner at Prescient. She leads some of the largest and most complex commercial engagements, drawing on extensive industry and consulting experience across commercial strategy, launch excellence and marketing.
Maxine began her career at GSK through the fast-track graduate commercial programme, before moving into sales and UK, EU and global marketing roles. She later progressed into senior marketing positions at Sanofi. Her therapeutic experience spans respiratory, allergy, oncology, CNS, antivirals, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, multiple sclerosis, IBD and BPH.
She has worked with brands from Phase II through to patent expiry in both operational and strategic roles, and has personally coached and mentored global and local Launch Leaders within pharmaceutical companies. Maxine has led major Launch Excellence consulting programmes and has been recognised by the PMEA for delivering an award-winning capability programme.
Maxine brings a challenging, focused and highly practical style to facilitation, brand planning, insight generation, launch excellence and individual marketing mentoring.
