Michael Towers

Michael is an Investment Director at BDC, where he is a member of the Services investment team. He holds a degree in English language and literature from Oxford University. Michael joined the firm in 2017, and since joining he has been involved in several transactions, including investments in Prescient Healthcare Group, Fera, DataExpert, SK AeroSafety, Analysys Mason and Achilles, as well as the add-on acquisition of The Kenrich Group for HKA and the subsequent sale of HKA to PAI Partners. Prior to Bridgepoint Development Capital, he was an Associate in the Financial Sponsors Group at HSBC, where he advised private equity clients on several M&A and leveraged finance transactions.
