Ben is an Associate Partner in the Commercial Strategy practice at Prescient, where he partners with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients to shape global brand and disease area strategies that bring clarity to complex environments and enable confident, cross-functional decision-making.
With more than 12 years of experience spanning consumer health, innovation, and strategic consulting, Ben brings together structured strategic thinking, foresight, and high-impact facilitation, helping teams move from complexity to clarity, even in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
Ben began his career at Reckitt, where he completed the Future Leaders Graduate Programme and built foundations in Consumer Insights and Health Innovation. Working on leading consumer health brands including Nurofen and Durex, he developed early experience in translating consumer insight into commercially grounded innovation and strategy – skills that continue to shape how he approaches client work today.
Since moving into consulting in 2018, Ben has worked with global and affiliate teams across a broad range of therapeutic areas, with particular depth in Neuroscience, Ophthalmology and Haemophilia.
Colleagues and clients describe Ben as ambitious, authentic, and genuinely people-focused. He brings intellectual curiosity about strategy and decision-making to every engagement – and is at his best when facilitating the kind of sessions that sharpen thinking, surface real choices, and leave teams with the clarity and confidence to act.
