Rachael is the Chief Financial Officer at Prescient, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership across people-based and project-led businesses.
She began her career at KPMG after earning a degree in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Sheffield. At KPMG, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and was quickly promoted to Audit Manager, leading a diverse portfolio of audit projects. Following 12 successful years, she transitioned into industry, taking on a Financial Controller role at a former client, part of the Bibby Line Group.
Rachael went on to serve as Group Finance Director at HKA Global, an international Private Equity-backed expert witness firm, where she played a key role during its ownership transition from Bridgepoint to PAI Partners. Most recently, she held the position of CFO at The Marketing Practice.
At Prescient, Rachael is focused on driving financial strategy and supporting the company’s continued growth.
