Ryan is the Global Practice Lead – Partner at Prescient, bringing extensive leadership experience in commercial operations, sales, and business development within the life sciences industry.
He spent a decade at Shire in various roles across sales, sales leadership, marketing, and operations before joining STEM Healthcare as the lead for US operations. In this role, he oversaw project delivery and business development, driving growth with existing customers. His success in the US led to a promotion to Global Head of Operations, where he managed STEM’s multinational expansion and scalability, ultimately contributing to the company’s successful acquisition by UDG in 2016.
Based in the Jersey City office, Ryan is focused on optimizing operations and driving strategic growth across Prescient to support its continued expansion.
