Stephanie is the Founder of Uptake (Part of Prescient) and Global Practice Lead – Partner at Prescient. She founded Uptake in 2005 with a vision to create a different kind of global healthcare consultancy – one that is a true force for growth for clients and the patients they serve.
An alumna of the Goldman Sachs and University of Oxford 10,000 Small Businesses programme and EY Winning Women Entrepreneurs, Stephanie has been recognised with multiple awards for business leadership, including The King’s Award for International Trade 2024.
With over 25 years’ experience spanning marketing, finance, sales and consultancy roles across global pharma and biotech organisations – including GSK, Eli Lilly & Co, Sanofi and alliance partnerships – Stephanie brings a distinctive, commercially grounded approach to solving complex client challenges. She is a Chartered Management Accountant and Chartered Marketer.
Stephanie has lectured at postgraduate level for the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and speaks regularly at industry conferences. Her thought leadership has been published in PME Magazine and pmlive.com. She is Chair of the Judges for the Pharma Market Excellence Awards (PMEA), an active member of Women’s Enterprise Connect International, a member of the Royal Society of Medicine, and a speaker for the PM Society.
Stephanie describes herself as strategic, driven, and passionate about healthcare strategy, with a deep fascination for entrepreneurship, international cultures, and new challenges.
