Luke Solon

Luke is the Head of our Medical Practice. After studying Medicine and working as a doctor in the UK for several years, he began his consulting career at McKinsey & Company and has held consulting roles at various firms since then, including KPMG and Strategy&. He also has direct industry experience with AstraZeneca, where he held a regional commercial role. He has led and delivered projects across most of the pharmaceutical value chain, and in multiple therapy areas and geographies. Luke brings deep experience in Medical Affairs, early commercial, portfolio and clinical development strategy, evidence generation and life cycle management. He is still a clinician at heart, and loves nothing more than supporting our clients to ensure that innovative medicines reach the patients who need them.
